Order:
All prices on the website are stated including VAT and all Danish taxes, customs duties, etc. We reserve the right to make price and typing errors.
If the goods are to be sent to another EU country, you still have to pay Danish VAT, but not customs duties due to the rules on the free movement of goods.
Purchase agreement:
In order to shop at Kila cph, you must provide the following information when making a purchase so that we can complete the transaction and send the goods to you:

Once you have sent your order and Kila cph has received and approved it, a purchase agreement has been entered into. Kila cph will send you an invoice by email as soon as we have received your order and the goods have been shipped. We do not store information about your order on paper, so remember to save the order confirmation you receive by email.
Reservations
We make reservations for obvious price errors, as well as stock status. If the item is not in stock even though it is listed as being in stock, it can be ordered within a few days and be in your hands within 5 business days, if in stock.
Payment:
We only withdraw the money once the item has been shipped or made ready for pickup.

With Anyday you can pay over 4 months. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Simply select Anyday as your payment method. If you do not already have an Anyday account, you will be directed to approval and creation before you can complete your purchase. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. Security:
If you shop with a payment card, you use your card number and the card's expiration date. You will never be asked to provide your personal PIN code.
If you use your card online and do not use your PIN code, you are protected against misuse. No more than the amount you have accepted when purchasing can be withdrawn. There is no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. If you shop in a physical store, you have a deductible of DKK 1200 when your Dankort is misused using the PIN code.
At Kila cph, we transfer your payment data via a secure SSL connection. This means that the information is sent in encrypted form. Neither we nor anyone else has the ability to read your payment data.
When you use a payment card at Kila cph, we do not register or store any card or account information.
Delivery:
We do our best to pack and ship the item within 1-4 business days, we prioritize this very highly. We generally use GLS and cannot be held responsible for the delivery time of the individual shipping company used.
Delivery in Denmark costs from 49 DKK.
Right of withdrawal:
Should you regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, we will of course take it back. The right of return can only be exercised if the item is in the same condition and quantity. If the item has been used, cancellation is not possible. You may try on the jewelry, but it may not be worn. All jewelry is carefully examined upon receipt as well as shipment. If the jewelry has been used, it will be sent back to you, and you must pay the costs.
The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.
Note: For items purchased in our physical store, standard exchange rules apply - i.e. the item can be exchanged for another item and not returned, the item can be exchanged within 30 days, otherwise a credit certificate will be issued that is valid for 3 years.
Please note that the original packaging typically represents a value and the original packaging must also be returned. The shipping costs associated with this will not be refunded.
As a customer, you have several ways to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you regret your purchase before we have shipped the item, the easiest way to cancel the order is to send an email with your order number and personal information, and we will delete the order as soon as possible.
When you return the item, please provide the order number and account number to which the money should be transferred - for quick processing.
If you regret your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you by transfer to your bank. Once the item has been returned and checked to ensure that it meets the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, the amount will be transferred to the account number provided.
Please do not send items by cash on delivery as these will be rejected upon receipt.
Right of complaint:
There is a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, the item will normally be replaced with a new item, otherwise it will be sent for repair. Special repairs may require additional delivery time. This warranty only applies to production errors or defects. This does not apply if the item has broken due to wear, impact, non-compliance, etc. There is no warranty on gilding/gold plating.
We recommend
Take good care of your jewelry, therefore do not bathe or sleep with your jewelry on, avoid all contact with perfume, cream, etc. on the jewelry.
Please note that some gemstones cannot withstand water and can be damaged or discolored, including Amber, Pearls, Corals and Opals.
Keep your jewelry neat by storing it individually in small zipper bags and closing them tightly so that air cannot get in and oxidize the jewelry.
Complaints procedure:
At Kila Copenhagen we make a point of putting the customer first and providing the best possible customer service. Unfortunately, misunderstandings can occur and you, as a customer, do not feel that you have received good service.
If this should happen, we would like you to write to us about it at kontakt@kilacph.dk . Below, we have inserted, as required by law, a link where you as a customer can submit a complaint to the complaints portal for Nævnenes Hus. However, we hope that you, as a customer, will enter into a dialogue with us about a possible complaint before it is submitted.
In order to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the complaints portal for Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the complaints portal for Nævnenes Hus via kpo.naevneneshus.dk .
From 15 February 2016, the EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
